By using gymramp.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. Paid GymRamp services are governed by the separate written agreement you sign with us; where that agreement conflicts with these terms, it controls.

Use of the site

You agree to use this site only for lawful business purposes, to provide accurate information in the Business Assessment and scheduling forms, and not to interfere with the site's operation, security, or availability.

Business Assessment and consultations

The Business Assessment, Business Health Score, forecasts, benchmarks, and any figures shown on this site are informational tools intended to support your own business judgment. They are not financial, legal, tax, or professional advice, and they are not a guarantee of results. Any performance figures or examples shown are illustrative.

Metrics displayed in product pages are demonstrations. Actual business data requires integration with your existing systems.

Scheduling and cancellations

Consultations booked through this site are complimentary and subject to availability. Either party may reschedule or cancel using the link in the confirmation email. We may record or take notes during a consultation only with your knowledge.

Customer accounts

Customer sign-in takes place on the GymRamp platform, not on this website. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for the activity of users you grant access to. Access levels are assigned by role and by the services you have purchased.

Intellectual property

The GymRamp name, logo, SalesDirect, Command Center, Business Health Score, course content, playbooks, assessments, and all site content are owned by GymRamp and may not be copied, resold, or redistributed without our written permission.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

This site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. GymRamp is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, and our total liability relating to the site is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, for access to it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.
